General Shipping Information:

- We utilize a trackable and insured shipping service for all orders.
- Every package requires a signed proof of delivery for added security.

Order Processing Time:

- Please allow 10-12 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Once your order has been crafted, inspected, and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

- All orders are dispatcged from our Jaipur office after being manufactured and going through rigorous quality checks.


Shipping Destinations and Options:

United States, United Kingdom, France & Germany:

- Free standard shipping (5-15 business days) is available for all orders.
- Enjoy free FedEx Express (3-7 business days) shipping for orders exceeding $500.
- Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Alaska & Hawaii:

- Orders for Alaska & Hawaii are shipped exclusively through Express Mail Service and not FedEx.

Australia, New Zealand & Singapore:

- Free standard shipping (5-15 business days) is applicable for all orders.
- Orders over $500 qualify for complimentary FedEx Express (3-7 business days) shipping.
- Similar to other regions, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

International Shipping:

- For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
